Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the job platform MYCRUISEJOBS (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

The Platform provides placement opportunities, company profiles, and matching tools for employers (specifically in the cruise, offshore, shipyard, and related maritime sectors) and job seekers.

Use of the Platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.

To publish job offers, users can purchase (Credits) for a fee.

An extension of the runtime of a job advertisement, as well as an extension of the retention period in the Candidate Management List (CML), is possible for the job provider at any time.

Prices are stated in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), depending on the customer's location, billing address, and, if applicable, the provision of a valid EU VAT ID.

Customers may prematurely delete or terminate a published job posting at any time. However, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused remaining durations.

To ensure respectful interactions and compliance with our ethical standards, the MYCRUISEJOBS back-office team reserves the right to review created job postings, uploaded images, text content, application documents, and external links.

Platform Code of Conduct & Ethics: We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against any form of abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior. Disrespectful behavior directed toward individuals based on:

• Origin, nationality, or ethnic background
• Social status or personal circumstances
• Sexual orientation
• Religion or belief
• Gender or gender identity

will result in the immediate suspension of the account and deletion of the job postings.

In cases of legal violations, we reserve the right to report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

MYCRUISEJOBS assumes no legal responsibility or liability for content, text, images, documents, or external links published, transmitted, or linked by job providers or job seekers on the Platform, should these fail to comply with our guidelines or statutory requirements.

We make reasonable efforts to review, correct, or remove links and content that do not meet our standards promptly upon becoming aware of them.

If you notice any content or links that violate ethical standards or applicable law, please report them immediately to support@mycruisejobs.com.

We endeavor to maintain uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

Should a technical bug or system error occur, please notify us at support@mycruisejobs.com.

To the extent permitted by law, liability and refunds for temporary outages, data loss, or damages resulting from technical errors are excluded.
