When we, RAMON AMOR and MARK REMIEN, started with designing and then developing our MYCRUISEJOBS platform for a modern e-recruiting, we quickly realized what a great working-tool for both sides (candidates and job providers) arises.
The result is a state-of-the-art online software that takes the entire application process to a new level. The heart of our system is the CML (Candidate Management List), designed for job providers, in which all incoming candidates are listed in a very functional, well-arranged table, where you can quickly get a clear overview of the applicants received. You can easily and quickly change the status of the new applicant, for example, to IN PROCESS or REJECTED. There are many helpful features in this CML, such a direct Chat Contact to the candidates within the list or the simple Document Request Tool and Document Overview, etc.
No confusing countless emails anymore as everything takes place within our system and offers much more.
With our automatic matching system, candidates receive the online job offer of job providers immediately. Our system selects the suitable candidates out of the parameters given from the job provider and informs the candidates accordingly. The candidate may apply by one click and immediately the applications/candidate profiles are clearly displayed in the CML (Candidate Management List) for the released job offer. The CML is active minimum 30 days after expiration of job offer. The job provider can immediately start the recruiting work clearly. We are sure that our customers will be delighted.

With our MYCRUISEJOBS system, we now offer job seekers many more options, free of charge. Candidates can view the status of their application at any time, and changes to the application status are displayed and notified in real time. If an application is rejected, it may be unfortunate, but at least the job seeker knows the current status. MYCRUISEJOBS offers this. Inquiries about missing documents by job provider can be easily added to the sent application and will be displayed to the job provider. Messages with job provider can be easily written directly via our messenger. So the candidate can conveniently, quickly and easily process the requests. Regardless of the current location of the candidate.
Candidates do not have to actively search for open positions, but are automatically informed by our MYCRUISEJOBS-Matching-System for suitable positions and can apply immediately with just one click.
