6. Data Storage and Deletion

Applicant profiles and related applications are visible to the job provider only during the active posting period and the subsequent 30-day Candidate Management List.
After this period, the application data is no longer accessible to the provider.
Users can delete their profile at any time. Restoration is possible within 14 days by contacting support@mycruisejobs.com.
After the 14-day period, all profile data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

7. Data Security

Your data is stored and transmitted in encrypted form. Our platform uses up-to-date technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.

8. Data Disclosure

Your data is only shared with third parties within the scope of your application to the respective job provider.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

You have the right at any time to:

10. Prices, Taxes, and Billing

Credits offered on the platform can be purchased for a fee.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and are subject to applicable VAT, depending on the customer's location, billing address, and provision of a valid VAT ID.
Customers may terminate a job posting early, but no refund is given for the remaining runtime.

11. Technical Errors / Bugs

We strive to ensure the error-free operation of our platform.
If a technical issue occurs, please report it to support@mycruisejobs.com.
Liability or compensation for failures or data loss due to technical errors cannot be guaranteed.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy as necessary to comply with legal or technical changes.
The most current version is always available on our platform.

13. Liability for Third-Party Content and Conduct on the Platform

MYCRUISEJOBS / MCJ Amor & Remien GbR assumes no responsibility for content, texts, images, external website links, or uploaded documents provided by job providers in their published job postings or in their communication (e.g., correspondence or chats, including document transfers) with job seekers.

Likewise, MYCRUISEJOBS / MCJ Amor & Remien GbR assumes no responsibility for content, texts, images, external website links, or documents submitted by job seekers in their applications or in communication with job providers.

If you come across any content that violates legal regulations or ethical standards – particularly offensive, sexist, or violence-glorifying content in text, image, or through external links – we kindly ask you to notify us immediately at support@mycruisejobs.com.

We will review such reports promptly and reserve the right to delete, correct, or report the content to authorities if legal boundaries have been crossed.
